When I need a smile, your blog always delivers! Ummm, gee, hope that doesn't sound like I'm laughing at your repairs, etc. But I could probably tell you a story (when you have several hours) about our experiences with our phone company, the fine folks of The Neighborhood. I think I'm on a first name basis with at least half of their Customer Service (a misnomer at best) group! So, yep, I can kinda relate to your house issues.
